This is the easiest casserole to make. It only has three ingredients. Chicken, Green Giant Broccoli and cheese, and pasta. That’s it. I used two boxes of Green Giant Broccoli and Cheese. Today, we cooked our meals for the week. Well at least, the meals that could be cook. We cooked 5 dinners and one dessert.

AFTER:
Five dinners and a dessert. Shepherd pie, 2 Taco bakes, chicken casserole, meatballs for spaghetti and mini cheesecake with strawberry topping.

I don’t assign a dinner for each day. I make a list of dinners and let the children pick what they would like for that day.
