Tackle it Tuesday

Today, we cooked our meals for the week. Well at least, the meals that could be cook. We cooked 5 dinners and one dessert.

BEFORE: 

This is some of the ingredients we used.

AFTER: 

Five dinners and a dessert. Shepherd pie, 2 Taco bakes, chicken casserole, meatballs for spaghetti and mini cheesecake with strawberry topping.

    Oh, yummm…. can I come and eat at your house? lol That is just so smart, cooking the meals ahead of time. I really ought to do that myself. Good for you!!

    This is a great time saver. Cooking for one day save time during the week. Most meals can go from the freezer to the oven. Tonight we had Sheperd’s Pie. I took out the frezzer and put in the oven. Forty-five minutes in a oven, a quick salad and dinner is ready without standing over a stove.
