I like to make meals that are delicious and simple.
- Honey Sesame Chicken, Rice, and Broccoli
- Whole Wheat Pizza with Chicken and Veggies, Caesar Salad
- Chicken Alfredo
- Sloppy-Joe Biscuits, French Fries, Green Beans
- Broccoli and Cheese stuffed cod and Brown Rice
- Grilled Steaks, Baked Potatoes, Asparagus
Here is the recipe for the Whole Pizza:
- one whole wheat pizza crust (I use Boboli pizza crust)
- pre-made alfredo sauce (I use classico or Bertoli)
- cooked chicken (great way to use left overs)
- one package of broccoli (I use Bird’s Eye Steamed in the bag)
- one package of Italian mix cheese (Sargento has a reduced-fat cheese mix)
Top pizza crust with pre-made alfredo sauce (only use enough to cover the pizza save the leftover for chicken alfredo the next night) Then add the pre-cooked chicken. Top with cheese (add has much as you desired I only use about half the bag. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. While pizza is baking, cook broccoli according to the package. After the pizza is bake top with broccoli. Cut into wedges and serve.
Here is the recipe for Dessert Pizza:
- one package of sugar cookie dough (I use Pillsbury in the tube)
- one package of Philadelphia Cheesecake Filling
- fresh sliced strawberries (any fruit would do, I used strawberries and grapes)
- strawberry jam
Roll the dough out into the shape of a pizza. Bake the giant cookie at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool for about 10 minutes. Top with half the cheesecake filling (save to rest for another pizza or dessert). Top with fresh sliced strawberries. Heat jam in the microwave for about 20 second. Brush jam on the whole pizza to make glaze. Cut into wedges and serve.
