The Sneaky Chef brownies are a hit. They are rich and full of chocolate goodness. The Sneaky Chef cookbook has been good for our family. This is the first recipe I tried in the cookbook and the family really like it. I have been using her puree in some of own recipes. I match the color of the puree to the color of the sauce I am making. I have added to mashed potatoes, alfredo sauce, enchiladas, pizza sauce, basically any tomato based sauces. You really can’t taste the puree in the sauces. I totally recommend The Sneaky Chef.
