So organised planning all your meals! We have a mexibake dish which is favourite at our house too.
Everytime I’ve tried to make home-made rolls they rarely turn out right. I’ll have to try out this recipe it looks promising! Thank you for the recipe, enjoy your week!
Shepards Pie is my absolute favorite! I usually have it when my hubby is away as a comfort food. My daughter loves it also. Sounds like a good meal week planned out. I am on the meal dinner plan bandwagon this week. Going to the store today to etempt this. Wish me luck!
You are so organized, I’m just happy to have dinner all planned out usually, even if we stray from it a bit. By the way, I love your blog, that’s the best part about MPM is finding like minded treasures.
Hope your family likes the Texas Grilled Steak, I can’t vouch for it yet, but it sounded good!
Your menu sounds wonderful! We love the types of meals you are having. Comfort food at its best!
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
I do not make my own challah bread. I buy it from a bread store we have here called “Great Harvest Bread Company.” It is fantastic!
I wouldn’t mind learning how, though, so if you get a great, easy recipe, please pass it along!

Your week sounds delicious! Thanks for the link for the General Tso’s chicken. The recipe sounds great. I can’t wait to try it out sometime.
You seem to cook a lot like I do! How do you do your Taco Bake? I make one with shell macaroni, ground beef, taco seasoning, and cheese, from Taste of Home. It’s one of our family’s favorites.
@ Susan, I got the recipe for Taco bake from a friend. I think she got it from Taste of Home. It is just like yours but I add tomato sauce.
