Menu Plan

These last few days have been a crazy one for us. I had very little time to plan a menu but here it is.

Monday
Breakfast - Blueberry Pancakes
Lunch - Sandwiches and Veggies
Dinner - Pizza and Salad

Tuesday
Breakfast - Egg McMuffin Sandwiches
Lunch - Turkey Caesar Wraps
Dinner - Chicken and Rice with steamed broccoli

Wednesday
Breakfast - Fruit and Choice of Muffin
Lunch - Hot Dogs with Mac & Cheese
Dinner - Meatloaf with Baked Potatoes and Green beans (We never got to eat this last week)

Thursday
Breakfast - Fried Rice (I make a breakfast verse of fried rice)
Lunch - Grilled Cheese with tomato soup
Dinner - Grilled Chicken with Roasted Potatoes and corn

Friday
Breakfast - Amish Baked Oatmeal
Lunch - Leftovers
Dinner - Lasagna with Salad and Dinner Rolls

Saturday
Breakfast - Waffles
Lunch - Hamburgers with French Fries
Dinner - Crock Pot Potato Chowder

Sunday
Breakfast - Cereal/Instant Oatmeal or any leftovers
Lunch - BBQ Beef with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans
Dinner - Cobb Salad

    The Amish Oatmeal sounds delish. I am going to have to try it. DS says he doesn’t like oatmeal but perhaps he will this way! Thanks for stopping by my blog.

    The breakfast fried rice…my dad taught me to make something like that…I usually make it with leftover rice and add some egg…scramble it together, add some salt and pepper, and the kiddos love it! Does this sound similar to your version?

    @Wild Squirrel That’s so cool. I thought we were the only ones who ate rice for breakfast. Mine is a little different I add soy sauce, onions, chopped breakfast meats, and a little sesame oil. Thanks for the comment.

    @Juie I hope you like it too. Two out three of my children like oatmeal. Three one doesn’t like the texture of the oats. Thanks for the comment.
