I finally feel like I am getting in the groove of things. This week I have made meals for easy lunches. This should last us for a long time. Here is our menu for the week.
Monday
Breakfast – Fruit Salad and Cereal
Lunch – BLT’s
Dinner – Saucy Chicken Casserole
Tuesday
Breakfast – Waffles
Lunch – Turkey Sandwiches, Carrots, Fruit Salad
Dinner – Beef and Potato Casserole
Wednesday
Breakfast – Eggs and Bacon
Lunch – Mac & Cheese
Dinner – Cream cheese chicken
Thursday
Breakfast – Pancakes
Lunch – Stromboli (Makes a lot I cut in half)
Dinner – Hamburger Noodle Bake
Friday
Breakfast – Egg Casserole (Rachael Ray Magazine)
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Oven-fried Chicken
Saturday
Breakfast – Crepes
Lunch – Hamburgers
Dinner – Cobb Salad
Sunday
Breakfast – Instant Oatmeal/Cereal
Lunch – Pot Roast
Dinner – Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
