Menu Plan Monday

A few months ago, I challenged myself to lower our grocery bill. But, that challenge has been a hard one to meet. I have also been trying to get my family to eat healthier. This challenge has actually been working very well for us. We have been eating more organic foods, and plenty of fruits and veggies. The only problem with eating healthier is the cost. Buying everything organic and eating lot of produce can be extremely costly in comparison to a more processed food diet. I have been spending 60-80 dollars a week in fresh produce alone. Is it possible to eat well and be frugal?
