Teeth, Tummies and Toe

I know this is an unusual title for a post, but it works. You see last Friday my children all had dentist appointments. We are trying a new dentist. The children seemed to like him. They said the staff was very nice and gentle. The good news that they all came out with no cavities.

As for the toe part of this post, that comes from Ashleigh. She might have broken her little pinky toe. She was helping a friend out with her horses, when one the horses step on her pinky toe. OUCH!! We called the doctor and found that we did everything that they would do. We taped her last two toes together and iced it every hour. They told us for pinky toes there isn’t much they can do. She is doing much better and her pinky toe is healing nicely. Ashleigh is just hating having to sit still until it gets better.
Last thing is tummies. I thought I would be nice and make my family cookies. What I did not know was the cookies I bought were possiblity tainted with E. Coli. I checked Nestle site and sure enough the cookie we bought and ATE (Hubby ate 20 cookies by himself.) were on the list. I called Nestle and they were very nice. They refunded us the cost of the cookies and said please let them know if we have any problems. We have not had any problems, maybe because I actually bake the cookies and no one ate the raw dough. I am thankful that no one in my family got sick.
