After a wonderful vacation (will be posting pictures later on this week), it is time to get back into routine. We are preparing for the upcoming school year. Over the weekend,  I prepare a few meals in advanced. I hoping that with a new menu plan and organizing our household, life will run more smoothly.

Tuesday

Lunch – Frozen mini Pizza
Dinner – Barbecue Beef Casserole, Salad

Wednesday

Lunch – Tacos
Dinner – Easy Shake and Bake Chicken, Cheesy Potatoes, Green Beans

Thursday

We always have a fruit or vegetable at every meal even though I didn’t list it. Also, I wanted to thank everyone who posted these wonderful recipes on the web. It helped make menu planning a  lot easier.

Followed your link to your homemade hash browns – yummo will have to give them a go, guessing there was a special on strawberries at the same time you originally did that post too?!!

Homemade hashbrowns sounded so good, that I made some right after reading the recipe. Of course I didn’t have time to let them sit over night in the fridge though. The kids loved them!
    Happy Cooking!

  4. The BBQ beef casserole looks good, and I have tons of BBQ sauce and cornbread mix that have been seeking a purpose in life. This one’s going on my list! Thanks for sharing and have a good week!

  9. Oh those corn dogs look good and easy to make. I am going to have to try them. We are on a budget now and I am looking for new recipes to try. I also just found Meal Plan Monday and will be starting in next week. I am really excited and hope yall can inspire me to plan ahead and budget.

Every body knows that today’s life is not very cheap, but some people need cash for various stuff and not every person gets big sums cash. Thence to get quick home loans or auto loan would be good way out.
