Menu Plan Monday

Last week went very well. Some of my goals for 2010 were meet and some were not. But I am thankful God has given me another week to try again. I will continue to research and find the most healthy way to feed my family. I also been finding ways to save money on food. I am happy to say that looks like we will be making our food budget for this pay period. Last week, I crockpot two 3lb. roasts and turn it into three meals (roast with potatoes and veggies, BBQ roast beef sandwiches, shredded beef tacos. I thought it would be only enough for two meals. The last time I made a 3lb. roast, there were no leftovers. We also had a night of leftovers. I have a few meals that are going to be carried over to this week.
Monday
Breakfast – Waffles w/Blueberry Syrup
Lunch – Leftover Pizza
Dinner – Cream Cheese Chicken with Pasta
Tuesday
Breakfast – Fruit Smoothie w/Blueberry Muffins
Lunch – Tuna Fish Sandwiches
Dinner – Meatloaf with Rice
Wednesday
Breakfast – Scrambled Eggs w/Toast and White Gravy
Lunch – Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches
Dinner – Mac and Cheese with Chicken Strips
Thursday
Breakfast – Pancakes
Lunch – Veggie Soup
Dinner – Spaghetti and Meatballs
Friday
Breakfast – Cereal
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Chinese Dinner
Saturday
Breakfast – Quiche
Lunch – Turkey Sandwiches
Dinner – Chicken Fajita
Sunday
Breakfast – Cereal
Lunch – Hamburgers with grilled zucchini
Dinner – Chicken and broccoli casserole
