Day 5 & 6th Eating Healthier

We had a wonderful and busy weekend. It was so busy, I didn’t even have a chance to post what I ate this weekend. We spent Saturday finishing the chores around and out the house. On Sunday we took the children to the movies. We saw Despicable Me. It was a great movie. Everyone really enjoyed it.

Here is what I ate this weekend.

For Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. I had the some thing. I had toast with chocolate peanut butter.

I also had a smoothie and veggies with Saturday’s breakfast

Veggies and fruit smoothie.

For lunch on Saturday and Sunday

Daiya Cheese Quesadilla and Leftover Rice with veggies wrap.

For dinner, I had brown rice with mixed veggies and honey mustard dressing. I used the leftovers to make a wrap for Sunday’s lunch. After the movie we went to subway for dinner. I had a veggie delight with mustard, oil, red wine vinegar.
