Day 22 Eating Healthier

Have you ever wanted something unusual for breakfast? I was never  the type to eat a regular breakfast. This morning was no expectation. I had a grilled daiya cheese sandwich with ketchup.

For lunch, I was away from home. I had to take my sweet daughter, Ashleigh to the dentist. I had just some snacks. I had some baked pita chips with salsa and some truly delicious chocolate.

For dinner, it was asian dumplings and veggie California rolls. I ate half the California Rolls and all the dumplings. Yummy!!!!
