Today was kinda hard. I woke up feeling really tired. I had a hard time sleeping last night. I continued with week two of 45 seconds running and 30 seconds of walking. This is Monday’s post. I started a new week in my workout. I started with 5 minute walk to warm up then move on to 45 seconds of running and 30 seconds of walking for 10 times. Finishing with a 5 minute walk to cool down. As for breakfast, I had my usual breakfast quesadilla. [...]
