Day 8 Exercising

Today was kinda hard. I woke up feeling really tired. I had a hard time sleeping last night. I continued with week two of 45 seconds running and 30 seconds of walking.
For breakfast, I had my usual quesadilla with olives, green onions, tomatoes, daiya cheese and salsa.
For lunch, I had bowl of fruit salad. It had strawberries, cantaloupe, and honeydew. The strawberries were a little tart.
For dinner, I had roasted veggies. I roasted zucchini, potatoes, red bell peppers, and onions. I had three helpings. Yummy.
