Day 9 Exercising

I have been continue my workout of week two, 45 seconds of running and 30 seconds of walking. I seems to be getting easier.

For breakfast, I had my usual breakfast quesadilla. I took the leftover roasted veggies, daiya cheese, salsa and grilled them on a flat iron skillet. It was delicious. I was so hungry and I forgot to take a picture.

For lunch, I crackers with salsa and some fruit salad.

I had two helpings of crackers and salsa.

For dinner, I could not figure out what I was hungry for.  I finally decide to have an Amy’s burrito. I didn’t feel like cooking after making the family dinner.

For a little snack before bedtime, I had some trail mix.
