Day 10 Exercising

Today was much easier. I continue week two of 45 seconds of running and 30 seconds of walking.
For breakfast, I had a traditional breakfast. This is a rare thing for me. I usually like things more savory. I had honey-oat cereal with almond milk.
For lunch, I had organic applesauce with ginger snaps cookies. Really yummy. I ate a light lunch because I knew was going out for dinner.
For dinner, we went to Chicago Uno Grill. They have a lot of choices. I started out with avocado roll for an appetizer, which split with hubby. What I didn’t realize until I got home that it was an avocado egg roll. I won’t be having that again. For the main course, I had a roasted vegetable and feta wrap (I had it with no feta) with french fries on the side. I ate half of it. Again, I forgot the camera at home. Sorry no pics.
