Day 12 Exercising

Today, I decided to do a different kind of workout. I moved my workout to outside. My sweet hubby and I decided to take a walk. We walk for about a mile then we decided to did 45 seconds of running and 45 seconds of walking. I must say exercising outside is a lot different than exercising on a treadmill. Plus this was a longer workout. Then we walk another mile towards home.
For breakfast, I was really hungry and started the day with my usual veggie quesadilla. It had mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, green onions, daiya cheese, and guacamole.
For lunch, my hubby and I shared veggie California rolls.
For a light snack, my hubby and I split a vegan cookie that I found at Whole Foods.
For dinner, I had veggie sandwich. It had mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, olives, green onions, guacamole and hummus on whole wheat bread. I also had tortilla chips with hummus.
