Exercising was harder, today. I was little tired. My workout was one minute of running and one of walking. I ate a lot healthier today. For breakfast, I had my usual breakfast quesadilla. I started week three, one minute of running and one minute of walking for 10 times. I was still sore from Saturday but it was a good workout. I felted good afterwards.
