Day 14 Exercising

Exercising was harder, today. I was little tired. My workout was one minute of running and one of walking. I ate a lot healthier today.
For breakfast, I had my usual breakfast quesadilla.
For lunch, I had a garden salad. It had spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, and green onions with oil and vinger dressing.
For dinner, I had pasta with spaghetti sauce and daiya cheese.
