Day 16 Exercising

Today, workout was a bit easier. I continue working out on week 3, which is 1 minute of running and 1 minute of walking repeating for 10 times.
For breakfast, I had my usual quesadilla.
It had daiya cheese, green onions, spinach, salsa and tomatoes.
For lunch, I had two crunchy tacos. They had guacamole, salsa, olives, grilled veggies, lettuce and daiya cheese on blue corn taco shells.
For dinner, I had a burrito. It had everything the tacos had on them but I put it in a spinach wrap.
