Days 17-23 Exercising

Last week was a super busy week. We started homeschooling again, but I still continued my workouts. I had a rough time with week 4, so  I decided to repeat it again. It is running for 1 minute and 30 seconds then walking for 1 minute and 30 seconds repeating 10 times.  I also started a new goal of trying to get myself on a regular sleep schedule. This is actually a harder challenge then it seems. I been trying to wake up by 7am but I find myself sleeping until 8am. My day gets busy as soon as I wake up, and that’s why I would like to get up earlier, so I can ease into the day.

Now, onto the meals. For breakfast, it was light. I had a banana. I had it for a pre-workout breakfast.

For lunch, I had a delicious quesadilla. It had brown rice, daiya cheese, spinach, avocado, and hot sauce on a whole wheat tortilla.

I almost forgot to take a picture. Notice there is a bite taken out of it.

For dinner, I had baked sweet potato and steam broccoli.
