Day 26 Exercising

Today was nice and cool. It started out sunny then turn into light rain. My workout was different today. I started doing week 5. I actually felt really good afterwards. Week 5 workout is running for 2 minutes and walking for 3 minutes repeating 6 times.
For breakfast, I had something different today. I had french fries filled quesadilla. It had french fries with daiya cheese and ketchup. I know it sounds really weird but it tasted very good.
For lunch, it was on the lighter side. I had hummus with crackers and an apple.

For dinner, I had three soft tacos filled with pinto beans, rice, lettuce, pico de gallo, and guacamole.
