Day 28 Exercising

This post is for Saturday. WOW!! What a workout!! I had a hard time today getting motivated to workout. I kept on procrastinating. I didn’t workout until 6pm. I really push myself this time. I ran the last three times at 3 minutes instead of two preparing for next week. It felt good being able to accomplish it but I also felt sore.
For breakfast, I had veggie quesadilla. It had zucchini, red onions, tomatoes, spinach, vegetable hummus, and daiya cheese.
For lunch, I had nachos. It had daiya cheese and salsa on top blue corn tortilla chips.
The hand is my hubby’s. He was trying to steal a bite while I was distracted. But I caught him in the act.
For dinner, I had assortment of different items. I had a baked sweet potato, rice, mixed veggies, and vegetable spring rolls.
